Your Health Data

Last updated: October 2026

1. What this page covers

Parents tell Heartuned about their children and themselves. Some of that is health information under the laws of some US states. This page explains what we collect, who receives it, and how to use your rights. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect

If you add them, your child's first name and age band.

What you write about your child or yourself: behaviour, feelings, hard moments, sleep, development, stress or wellbeing. You might write it to our AI helper, our support chat or email, the community, a live session chat, or a reflection you send us.

That you bought or use a parenting program, which can say something about your family.

3. Why we use it

To give you guidance, answer your questions, keep the community and live sessions safe, and run your account. We do not use what you write to choose ads for you, and we never send it to Meta.

4. Who receives it

Anthropic, which writes the replies of our AI helper, support chat and support email, and Voyage AI, which searches our lessons with the words of a question you ask the helper. Supabase, which stores it. Resend and Google, which carry our emails. LiveKit and Bunny, which carry and keep live session recordings. Each acts on our instructions under contract.

Other members see what you post in the community or say in a live session. When you buy, Meta receives that a purchase was made and the hashed contact details described in our Privacy Policy, never what you write to us. You can stop that as the Privacy Policy explains.

We do not sell your health data.

5. Your rights in Washington, Nevada and Connecticut

If you live in Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, you can ask us to confirm whether we collect or share your health data; to see it, with a list of everyone we shared it with; to correct it; to delete it; and to stop collecting or sharing it, or withdraw any consent you gave.

6. How to ask

Email support@heartuned.org from the address on your account, with "Health data request" in the subject. We will check the request comes from you and answer within 45 days.

If we say no to any part, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying with the word "Appeal", and we will answer the appeal within 45 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
