Affiliate Terms
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who these terms are for
These Affiliate Terms apply to everyone in the Heartuned affiliate program, together with our Terms of Service. You are in the program once we approve you. You are independent: not our employee, agent or partner, and you never speak for Heartuned.
2. Say you are paid, every time
In every post, video, story, email or message that links to Heartuned, say plainly that you earn money if someone buys. For example: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link."
Put it where people see it before they reach the link, in words anyone understands. A tag at the end, a hashtag alone or a line hidden in your profile is not enough.
3. Only say what is true
Make no health, behaviour or results claim about Heartuned beyond what Heartuned's own pages say. Do not say or suggest that it treats, cures or diagnoses anything, that it replaces a doctor or therapist, or that any child will change in a set time.
Talk about your own experience only if it is real, and never as a promise of what someone else will get. Do not use Heartuned's name or logo in a way that makes you look like us.
4. No made-up reviews or stories
Never post or share a review, testimonial, story, before and after, screenshot or result that did not happen, and never pay or ask anyone else to. Do not pose as a customer if you are not one.
5. No spam
Email or message only people who agreed to hear from you, and give them an easy way to stop. Do not send bulk messages to people who did not ask, buy lists of addresses, or post your link where a site's rules forbid it.
6. Commissions
Your commission rates are shown in your affiliate dashboard. A referral is credited when the purchase happens within the attribution window after the most recent click on your link. A commission moves from pending to approved to paid, and a purchase that is refunded reverses its commission.
7. Tax forms
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on what you earn. Before we pay you, we may ask for a tax form: a W-9 if you are in the United States, or a W-8 if you are not.
If you are in the United States and we pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we send you a Form 1099 for that year.
8. If these terms are broken
We may ask you to change or remove a post. If you break these terms, we may hold or reverse your commissions, stop paying commissions, and close your affiliate account.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Questions? Contact support@heartuned.org.
